We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 28 days of purchase (unless defective).
Under the health act pillows, quilts, underlays, bed toppers, mattress and pillow protectors are non-refundable unless faulty.
Unfortunately you cannot return or exchange your online purchases at a Sheridan store.
If you wish to return your purchase please use return form and the label that have been included with your delivery.

Shipping is currently only available within Australia, and will take approximately 5-8 working days. It's $10.00 for standard delivery and $20 for express deliveries.
Once your order has been processed your shipment is assigned a tracking number with which you can track where your parcel is while making its way to you.
