Tonight Makes Tomorrow - Lee Lin Chin
Australian SBS veteran and cult icon, Lee Lin Chin stays balanced by reading Shakespeare for an hour in bed every evening, ahead of waking up early each morning for yoga.
Sleep is more important than anything else. Shoot days can be long and exhausting. If I haven't had a good sleep it is going to be a difficult day, not just for me but also the crew.
I like to prepare for my tomorrow by unplugging my phone and re-reading the complete works of Shakespeare.

I speak of somebody who’s never been a good sleeper. I’ve always been that way. Psychologically it makes a huge difference. Sleep makes you feel better.
That’s why it’s absurdly important for me to have a beautiful bed to have a great night's sleep - I can attack tomorrow with a bit more oomph.
On preparing her spectacular outfits, Lee Lin Chin says, “I don't often prepare my outfits the night before unless it's something in particular that's needed for a shoot. I like to give myself some spontaneity, who knows what mood I'll wake in and what outfit will compliment that mood.”
