Tonight Makes Tomorrow - Sam Margin and Rosie Tupper
Recently married and proud new parents, singer Sam Margin of The Rubens’ and international model Rosie Tupper have night time rituals to ensure a good night’s sleep.
Rosie: Night times are all about relaxing and spending time together. I try to do little things that I enjoy and help me relax. Having a bath, reading a book or watching one of our favourite shows.
I like to get into bed with our baby Mo and make our bedroom nice and cosy, and light my favourite candle. I feed her in bed before putting her down to sleep in her bassinet. I like to try and get to bed early, especially if I'm working the next day, so I feel good and at my best.
Sleep is so important especially now with a baby. I want to be the best mum I can be in providing lots of love and support and try to meet all of Mo's needs as best I can.
Night times are all about relaxing and spending time together.

Sam: I prepare for tomorrow by relaxing much as I can today. To keep my drive and energy going I rest up as much as I can because I know that when I hit the road I don’t know when I’m going to get my next quality sleep.
A quality night’s sleep is probably the most important thing in my life because I can’t function without it.
Before I go to sleep, I usually close my eyes and imagine going on stage. Visualising being up in front of the crowd helps me prepare for my tomorrow.
