I’ve changed my mind; can I return my pet bed?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns if the vacuum seal on the bed has been opened. To qualify for a return or exchange, your pet bed must remain unopened and in its original vacuum seal. Additionally, pet blankets must be unused and in brand-new condition.
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, or 45 days for Rest Rewards members.
How can I return an order by mail?
Step 1: Place the item(s) you would like to return in the original Sheridan packaging it arrived in.
Step 2: Stick a return label onto the package.
Step 3: Drop the package off at any Australia Post store.

How do I assemble my pet bed?
Your Reggie Pet Bed will arrive rolled and vacuum sealed in a protective bag. Open the bag carefully to avoid damaging the bed. Allow 2-3 hours after opening for the bed to return to its full shape before allowing your dog onto the bed. There may be some wrinkles initially when it unrolls but these should smooth out over time.
Which bed size is right for my dog?
Our Reggie Pet Bed is available in two sizes: medium and large.
Medium: 94 x 74 x 20cm external, 74 x 54 x 10cm internal. Typical breeds to suit this size: Beagle, Cavoodle, Cocker Spaniel, Daschund, English Staffy, French Bulldog.
Large: 115 x 90 x 20cm external, 95 x 70 x 10cm internal. Typical breeds to suit this size: American Staffy, Golden Retriever, Groodle, Husky, Labrador.
The external measurement is the overall footprint of the bed, and the internal measurement is the space where your dog will lay. The best way to determine the right size is to measure your dog from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail.
Can I wash my pet bed?
Yes, the Reggie Pet Bed’s removable cover is machine washable. Always refer to the care label for specific care advice.
Please do not put the orthopaedic foam through the washing machine, as this will damage the foam. If needed, the waterproof liner and the foam inner can both be wiped down with a damp cloth to clean.
