Side Sleeper

Side sleepers need to fill the gap between the shoulder and midline. The size of this gap also depends on the size of your frame, so take this into consideration.

A pillow that creates an up or downward tilt of your neck could cause discomfort. We recommend a medium to high profile pillow (depending on your size) with a firm fill. Gusset construction will also help fill the gap.

Back Sleeper

Sleeping on your back creates a small curve in your spine, meaning there’s only a small gap to fill. A low or medium profile pillow will help maintain the natural curvature while supporting your neck. Memory foam is a great option for back sleepers as it moulds to the shape of the head and neck, providing support that's specific to you.

Front Sleeper

For ideal comfort and support, stomach sleepers should select a soft pillow with a low profile. This will avoid lifting the head and neck to an unnatural, uncomfortable position. We recommend memory foam or feather and down as the best suited fill for stomach sleepers.
