If you're on Instant Rewards, you’ll get a voucher automatically every time you hit 500 points — it’ll be in your account (and inbox) within 15 minutes.

If you're on Flexi Rewards, your voucher will be generated when you choose to convert your points to a $15 voucher in My Account. You'll also receive an email notification any time you activate a voucher via your account.
