Terri - Supply Operations

My journey at Sheridan

I started at Pacific Brands (now Hanes Brands) in 2010 as an Assistant Product Manager for Bonds. I worked at Bonds for over seven years in total, both at the Sydney Burwood office and in Melbourne at the Kew Headquarters. In February 2017 an opportunity came up within the Sheridan business and I moved across into an operations role. In my current role I manage the relationships between the DC, our freight partners and our stores. The main reason that I love working here is the people! 

What makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning?
My Nashe sheets - I just love the colours AND they are so soft and comfy

Jarrah - Junior Designer

My journey at Sheridan

My journey at Sheridan started two years ago when I joined Sheridan as a Design Assistant for our Lifestyle categories. I am now a Junior Designer responsible for the design of Gifting (bags and travel goods) as well as the Sheridan Baby range. I love working at Sheridan because of our shared passion for high quality and beautiful products.

What makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning?
My Maisey lounge pants. They are incredibly soft - like wearing a cloud!

Derek - GM of Commercial

My journey at Sheridan

I started with Sheridan two and a half years ago, but I have been an employee of Hanes Brands since 2010. I've worked across several departments including supply chain and Bonds retail, before moving to Sheridan as Commercial Manager and now, GM of Commercial. I enjoy working at Sheridan as I believe that it's a great brand. There is so much potential to improve how we do things here and build a business as good as the brand itself.

What makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning?
My Abbotson bed linen - I love the lighter feel of the fabric

Natt - Key Account Manager

My journey at Sheridan

I started my journey at Sheridan three and a half years ago. Initially I started off as a Telesales Account Manager, but I have since been moved up to a Key Account Manager position. In my current role, I'm responsible for managing key independent accounts and supporting the senior Wholesale Managers. My favourite thing about working here is the high quality and professionalism of my colleagues.

What makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning?
I switch between my Abbotson linen and my Reilly bed sheet sets- I love them both!

Angelica - Senior Graphic Designer

My journey at Sheridan

I started as a mid-weight graphic designer working on all the packaging for the business, supporting the brand team back in the day. My role has since changed, I'm now a senior graphic designer and part of the Sheridan Graphic Design team. I get to work with pretty much all departments in the business which is great! I also love the variety of projects that I work on, and my team!

What makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning?
I love my Reilly quilt cover as an everyday product, it’s really easy to care for and coordinates easily with the rest of the range!

Alana - Marketing Assistant

My journey at Sheridan

I started at Sheridan as the Marketing Assistant around the same time we launched our first Sheridan Studio Store last year. With a number of new store openings throughout our 50th year, the opportunity arose for me to assist the Marketing team with our launch plans and strategies. Since then my role has evolved and I now manage Local Area Marketing across all our Sheridan stores. My Sheridan highlight would definitely be launching our Sheridan Workshops, to me these classes capture what our Studio stores are all about 'Education, Creativity and Community'. Working at Sheridan is inspiring, I love the creativity and passion I see every day!

What makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning?
My Nashe Sheets are my favourite Sheridan item - it's like wearing my favourite cotton t-shirt to bed every night!

Bec - National Operations Manager

My journey at Sheridan

In October 2016 I joined Sheridan as the Area Manager for the NSW Factory Outlet region. I was responsible for the highest turnover region in Sheridan and achieved my sales target for 2017. Earlier this year I was promoted to National Operations Manager and now work in our beautiful office in Ultimo. I have such high job satisfaction each day and I really love what I do. The best part is being able to improve the way we do things which benefits our amazing store teams and ultimately our loyal customers. I feel proud when I tell people I work for Sheridan and I love hearing everyone's personal experiences with their beloved Sheridan products.

What makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning?

Amy - HR & Recruitment Coordinator

My journey at Sheridan

I started out as a temp in our HR team and then moved into a permanent role just over a year ago. I currently look after recruitment and induction for our Design, Merchandise, VM and E-commerce departments as well as Retail vacancies in NSW, ACT and WA. I love the variety in my role and talking with new people every day. I really enjoy working at Sheridan because it's a brand that people know and love with an incredible history - it makes my job a whole lot easier!!"

What makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning?
My Deluxe Feather & Down Pillows - what a dream to sleep on!
