To our loyal Sheridan customers,

I’d like to update you on the most recent actions we’ve taken to manage the COVID-19 situation. The safety and wellbeing of our community and employees remains our top priority and as a result, we have adapted parts of our business to ensure we can continue to operate whilst keeping our community safe.

In these times of uncertainty, we want to reassure you of the measures we’ve taken to provide our loyal customers with the quality service and products you know and love.



Stores

With the Government’s most recent announcement allowing shopping centres to trade, our stores will remain open until advised otherwise. During this time, extra measures have been put in place to ensure we can continue to provide a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.



In store protocols

We have increased the frequency and intensity of our cleaning, focusing our housekeeping on high-touch areas in store. In addition, our staff are following best practice for staying healthy and safe by actioning social distancing and accepting cash-free payments only.



Online

Our online store is always open and has our widest range of products, available to you 24/7.



Extended returns

We’ve extended our returns policy to 90 days during this time. For more information on our returns policy, visit here.



Update to Sheridan Recycling Program

In order to provide a safe and hygienic retail environment, we have made the decision to suspend the Sheridan Recycling Program until further notice. We’d like to applaud our entire community for your participation in the program so far. You’ve helped us to divert over 11,000 kg of textile waste from landfill. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far and we look forward to re-introducing this program to our stores in the future.
