The Australian Capital Territory government has announced that the ACT will move into a seven day lockdown in response to new cases of COVID-19 in the community. 

 

As a result all ACT Sheridan stores in this region will be closed from Thursday the 19th of August 2021 for the duration of the lockdown.

The lockdown restrictions relate to greater Brisbane including the Brisbane, Logan, Moreton Bay, Ipswich and Redlands council areas, and will take effect from 5pm today with Sheridan stores closing at 4pm today.

Earlier this afternoon, the Victorian Australian government announced a five day lockdown across Victoria to contain the recent outbreak of the highly contagious strain of COVID-19 in the state.

As a result all Victorian Sheridan stores will be closed from end of day today until further notice.

Update On Our Perth Stores

1st of February 2021

 

To our Sheridan Boutique customers,

Yesterday afternoon the Western Australian government announced a five day lockdown across the Perth, Peel and South-West regions following a hotel quarantine security guard testing positive to COVID-19.

 

Effective 6pm Sunday night, all residents in the Perth, Peel and South-West regions will be required to stay home except for the following reasons: shopping for essentials such as food, medicine or necessary supplies; attending to medical or healthcare needs; exercise within your neighbourhood with no more than one other person, for one hour per day; or work if you are essential to your business and unable to work from home.  Masks must be worn outside, inside at work and on public transport.

 

The lockdown took effect from 6pm Sunday night and will continue until 6pm Friday 5 February.

Update On Our Greater Brisbane Stores

8th of January 2021

 

To our Sheridan Boutique customers,

Earlier today the Queensland government announced a three day lockdown across Greater Brisbane as contact tracers work to ensure the UK strain of COVID-19 is not circulating in the community. Effective 6pm tonight, all residents in the local government areas of Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Ipswich, Redlands and Logan will be required to stay home in line with these restrictions.

These restrictions apply to all residents of these local government areas and anyone who has visited the Greater Brisbane area since 2 January.
This lockdown takes effect from 6pm today and is currently expected to end at 6pm on Monday 11 January, subject to health advice. Masks will also be required when leaving the house during this time.

 

As always, the safety of our team members and customers is our priority. It is also important to comply with these government restrictions and do our part in controlling the spread of COVID-19 in our communities. Therefore, all of our Sheridan stores and concessions across Greater Brisbane will close by 5pm today to allow team members time to get home before the lockdown takes effect.

Effective 3rd January 2021, the NSW government has stated that masks are now a Government requirement in the Greater Sydney area.

Our doors are still open for you to shop in our NSW stores. We are dedicated to carrying out all relevant safety & hygiene measures ensuring the safety of you and our staff.

 

Here's what to expect on your next visit to our NSW stores:

  • All staff will be wearing protective facemasks and we urge all customers to do the same.
  • Children aged 12 and under, are exempt but are encouraged to wear masks where practicable.
  • We will provide antibacterial products for customers upon entering the store.
  • We encourage the use of contactless payment methods.
  • We have mapped the store with physical distancing markers to help you shop comfortably while safely maintaining 1.5m between yourself and others.

We have experienced an increase in online order volumes. If you ordered after Sunday 5th April, there will be a delay in dispatching your Sheridan products from our distribution centre and further from Australia Post. As a result, please allow 10 – 14 business days for your items to be dispatched. We’ll let you know as soon as your latest purchase is on its way to you.

The delays we are experiencing are a direct result of the COVID-19 crisis. With social distancing and increased hygiene measures in place in our warehouse and Australia Post offices; processing, handling and delivery are taking a little longer than usual. Our team are doing their absolute best to process orders as efficiently as they can without jeopardising their health and safety.

These are indeed challenging times as we all try to navigate COVID19 and its increasing impacts on our communities. This week has been a really tough one for many businesses like Sheridan. With the situation changing daily and often hourly we had to make the quick decision to close our stores, scale back our call centre hours and change our distribution centre operations to ensure our people stay safe.

We are genuinely sorry if our service levels have been reduced over this time and if this has impacted any of our very loyal followers and customers. Stores

Following the latest social distancing requirements and updated federal and state government advice to stay at home unless it is essential, we now have no choice but to temporarily close our stores at the end of today, 31 March 2020. Throughout these uncertain times, keeping our people safe, healthy and employed has always been our number one priority. We will continue to support our team members as best we can during this period.



Online

Our online store is always open and has our widest range of products, available to you 24/7.



Extended Returns

We’ve extended our returns period from 30 to 60 days during this time. For more information on our returns policy, visit here. Please note 60 day extended returns is only available for purchases made between 14 March 2020 to 18 June 2020.



Update To Sheridan Recycling Program

In order to provide a safe and hygienic retail environment, we have made the decision to suspend the Sheridan Recycling Program until further notice. We’d like to applaud our entire community for your participation in the program so far. You’ve helped us to divert over 11,000 kg of textile waste from landfill. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far and we look forward to re-introducing this program to our stores in the future.

We have experienced an increase in online order volumes. If you ordered after Sunday 5th April, there will be a delay in dispatching your Sheridan products from our distribution centre and further from Australia Post. As a result, please allow 10 – 14 business days for your items to be dispatched. We’ll let you know as soon as your latest purchase is on its way to you.

The delays we are experiencing are a direct result of the COVID-19 crisis. With social distancing and increased hygiene measures in place in our warehouse and Australia Post offices; processing, handling and delivery are taking a little longer than usual. Our team are doing their absolute best to process orders as efficiently as they can without jeopardising their health and safety.

These are indeed challenging times as we all try to navigate COVID19 and its increasing impacts on our communities. This week has been a really tough one for many businesses like Sheridan. With the situation changing daily and often hourly we had to make the quick decision to close our stores, scale back our call centre hours and change our distribution centre operations to ensure our people stay safe.

We are genuinely sorry if our service levels have been reduced over this time and if this has impacted any of our very loyal followers and customers. We have experienced an increase in online order volumes. If you ordered after Sunday 5th April, there will be a delay in dispatching your Sheridan products from our distribution centre and further from Australia Post. As a result, please allow 10 – 14 business days for your items to be dispatched. We’ll let you know as soon as your latest purchase is on its way to you.

The delays we are experiencing are a direct result of the COVID-19 crisis. With social distancing and increased hygiene measures in place in our warehouse and Australia Post offices; processing, handling and delivery are taking a little longer than usual. Our team are doing their absolute best to process orders as efficiently as they can without jeopardising their health and safety.

These are indeed challenging times as we all try to navigate COVID19 and its increasing impacts on our communities. This week has been a really tough one for many businesses like Sheridan. With the situation changing daily and often hourly we had to make the quick decision to close our stores, scale back our call centre hours and change our distribution centre operations to ensure our people stay safe.

We are genuinely sorry if our service levels have been reduced over this time and if this has impacted any of our very loyal followers and customers. Please bear with us as we navigate all of these changes and get back to delivering the best possible service to you that we can in this challenging environment.

Following the latest social distancing requirements and updated federal and state government advice to stay at home unless it is essential, we now have no choice but to temporarily close our stores at the end of today, 31 March 2020. Throughout these uncertain times, keeping our people safe, healthy and employed has always been our number one priority. We will continue to support our team members as best we can during this period.



Online

Our online store is always open and has our widest range of products, available to you 24/7.



Extended Returns

We’ve extended our returns period from 30 to 60 days during this time. For more information on our returns policy, visit here. Please note 60 day extended returns is only available for purchases made between 14 March 2020 to 18 June 2020.



Update To Sheridan Recycling Program

In order to provide a safe and hygienic retail environment, we have made the decision to suspend the Sheridan Recycling Program until further notice. We’d like to applaud our entire community for your participation in the program so far. You’ve helped us to divert over 11,000 kg of textile waste from landfill. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far and we look forward to re-introducing this program to our stores in the future.

We have experienced an increase in online order volumes. If you ordered after Sunday 5th April, there will be a delay in dispatching your Sheridan products from our distribution centre and further from Australia Post. As a result, please allow 10 – 14 business days for your items to be dispatched. We’ll let you know as soon as your latest purchase is on its way to you.

The delays we are experiencing are a direct result of the COVID-19 crisis. With social distancing and increased hygiene measures in place in our warehouse and Australia Post offices; processing, handling and delivery are taking a little longer than usual. Our team are doing their absolute best to process orders as efficiently as they can without jeopardising their health and safety.

Please note, your order was successful, and you will receive an email notifying you that your items have been dispatched from our warehouse. Australia Post will then further communicate their delivery timings.

These are indeed challenging times as we all try to navigate COVID19 and its increasing impacts on our communities. This week has been a really tough one for many businesses like Sheridan. With the situation changing daily and often hourly we had to make the quick decision to close our stores, scale back our call centre hours and change our distribution centre operations to ensure our people stay safe.

We are genuinely sorry if our service levels have been reduced over this time and if this has impacted any of our very loyal followers and customers. Please bear with us as we navigate all of these changes and get back to delivering the best possible service to you that we can in this challenging environment.

We will ensure we adjust all of our communications by end of day to ensure there is a clear view of when you can expect your Sheridan purchases.

Some of our customers have asked us what to do if they need to return an item that they bought in store. Our transaction systems for online and stores are not the same which is making this very difficult. Stores

Following the latest social distancing requirements and updated federal and state government advice to stay at home unless it is essential, we now have no choice but to temporarily close our stores at the end of today, 31 March 2020. Throughout these uncertain times, keeping our people safe, healthy and employed has always been our number one priority. We will continue to support our team members as best we can during this period.



Online

Our online store is always open and has our widest range of products, available to you 24/7.



Extended Returns

We’ve extended our returns period from 30 to 60 days during this time. For more information on our returns policy, visit here. Please note 60 day extended returns is only available for purchases made between 14 March 2020 to 18 June 2020.



Update To Sheridan Recycling Program

In order to provide a safe and hygienic retail environment, we have made the decision to suspend the Sheridan Recycling Program until further notice. We’d like to applaud our entire community for your participation in the program so far. You’ve helped us to divert over 11,000 kg of textile waste from landfill. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far and we look forward to re-introducing this program to our stores in the future.

We have experienced an increase in online order volumes. If you ordered after Sunday 5th April, there will be a delay in dispatching your Sheridan products from our distribution centre and further from Australia Post. As a result, please allow 10 – 14 business days for your items to be dispatched. We’ll let you know as soon as your latest purchase is on its way to you.

The delays we are experiencing are a direct result of the COVID-19 crisis. With social distancing and increased hygiene measures in place in our warehouse and Australia Post offices; processing, handling and delivery are taking a little longer than usual. Our team are doing their absolute best to process orders as efficiently as they can without jeopardising their health and safety.

These are indeed challenging times as we all try to navigate COVID19 and its increasing impacts on our communities. This week has been a really tough one for many businesses like Sheridan. With the situation changing daily and often hourly we had to make the quick decision to close our stores, scale back our call centre hours and change our distribution centre operations to ensure our people stay safe.

We are genuinely sorry if our service levels have been reduced over this time and if this has impacted any of our very loyal followers and customers. Please bear with us as we navigate all of these changes and get back to delivering the best possible service to you that we can in this challenging environment.

We will ensure we adjust all of our communications by end of day to ensure there is a clear view of when you can expect your Sheridan purchases.

Some of our customers have asked us what to do if they need to return an item that they bought in store. Our transaction systems for online and stores are not the same which is making this very difficult. The safety and wellbeing of our community and employees remains our top priority and as a result, we have adapted parts of our business to ensure we can continue to operate whilst keeping our community safe.

In these times of uncertainty, we want to reassure you of the measures we’ve taken to provide our loyal customers with the quality service and products you know and love.



Stores

Following the latest social distancing requirements and updated federal and state government advice to stay at home unless it is essential, we now have no choice but to temporarily close our stores at the end of today, 31 March 2020. Throughout these uncertain times, keeping our people safe, healthy and employed has always been our number one priority. We will continue to support our team members as best we can during this period.



Online

Our online store is always open and has our widest range of products, available to you 24/7.



Extended Returns

We’ve extended our returns period from 30 to 60 days during this time. For more information on our returns policy, visit here. Please note 60 day extended returns is only available for purchases made between 14 March 2020 to 18 June 2020.



Update To Sheridan Recycling Program

In order to provide a safe and hygienic retail environment, we have made the decision to suspend the Sheridan Recycling Program until further notice. We’d like to applaud our entire community for your participation in the program so far. You’ve helped us to divert over 11,000 kg of textile waste from landfill. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far and we look forward to re-introducing this program to our stores in the future.

Our team is working their hardest to process customer orders in a timely manner, however if you’ve recently made a purchase online, you may experience a slight delay in receiving your items. Our delivery window is now 5 – 9 business days.

Dear customers,

These are indeed challenging times as we all try to navigate COVID19 and its increasing impacts on our communities. This week has been a really tough one for many businesses like Sheridan. With the situation changing daily and often hourly we had to make the quick decision to close our stores, scale back our call centre hours and change our distribution centre operations to ensure our people stay safe.

We are genuinely sorry if our service levels have been reduced over this time and if this has impacted any of our very loyal followers and customers. Please bear with us as we navigate all of these changes and get back to delivering the best possible service to you that we can in this challenging environment.

We will ensure we adjust all of our communications by end of day to ensure there is a clear view of when you can expect your Sheridan purchases.

Some of our customers have asked us what to do if they need to return an item that they bought in store. Our transaction systems for online and stores are not the same which is making this very difficult. We are developing a solution for this as quickly as possible and we will absolutely get back to every one of our customers who are waiting on a response.

I’d like to update you on the most recent actions we’ve taken to manage the COVID-19 situation. The safety and wellbeing of our community and employees remains our top priority and as a result, we have adapted parts of our business to ensure we can continue to operate whilst keeping our community safe.

In these times of uncertainty, we want to reassure you of the measures we’ve taken to provide our loyal customers with the quality service and products you know and love.



Stores

Following the latest social distancing requirements and updated federal and state government advice to stay at home unless it is essential, we now have no choice but to temporarily close our stores at the end of today, 31 March 2020. Throughout these uncertain times, keeping our people safe, healthy and employed has always been our number one priority. We will continue to support our team members as best we can during this period.



Online

Our online store is always open and has our widest range of products, available to you 24/7.



Extended Returns

We’ve extended our returns period from 30 to 60 days during this time. For more information on our returns policy, visit here. Please note 60 day extended returns is only available for purchases made between 14 March 2020 to 18 June 2020.



Update To Sheridan Recycling Program

In order to provide a safe and hygienic retail environment, we have made the decision to suspend the Sheridan Recycling Program until further notice. We’d like to applaud our entire community for your participation in the program so far. You’ve helped us to divert over 11,000 kg of textile waste from landfill. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far and we look forward to re-introducing this program to our stores in the future.

With your health top of mind, and so you can feel secure about any purchase, we’ve increased hygiene in our warehouse and throughout our supply chain. If you order online at Berlei.com.au you’ll no longer need to sign for your delivery to minimise contact.

To take any stress out of buying a bra online that’s not quite right for you, we’ve extended our return period to 90-days. As always, these can be returned for free.

Our Customer Service Team remains available to support you however they can.
