    Group General Manager

    I joined Hanes Australasia in 2016 as Divisional Manager of the Bonds Men’s business. Hanes has an iconic portfolio, and I’ve been able to work across Brand & Product, Innovation, Strategy, Business Development, Consumer Insights and Sustainability. I also spent two years as a member of the Hanes Europe Innerwear executive leadership team, leading Business Development and Transformation. Today, I lead a talented, passionate team as Group General Manager for Sheridan.

    General Manager Commercial – Sheridan

    I have been with Hanes for over 23 years. I started with KingGee as Commercial Manager when we had a Workwear division. I spent a number of years with Berlei and Bonds — when we had local manufacturing and when we moved offshore.

    Since my most recent move to Sheridan in January 2020, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with the Sheridan people and being part of a business that continues to show strength and resilience.

    National Sales Manager

    I lead a team to widen the distribution of Sheridan products, by engaging with other retail and business channels.

    It’s about the people I get to work with every day. Engaging with people inside our teams and working with people on a global level.

    I enjoy working locally and looking at things from a global impact, from design to sustainability.

    Head of Supply & Operations - Sheridan

    I’ve never needed to look elsewhere in my 15 years with the company. I joined in 2007 (when it was Pacific Brands) as a Product Coordinator at Holeproof. Quickly growing within the company, after 18 months I was Senior Product Coordinator. An internal merger saw me appointed Product Coordination Manager, with a 13. Moving to Sydney, I became Operations Manager for Women’s Underwear and Intimates. In 2016, I moved across to Sheridan as Supply Operations Manager. Three years later, I took on responsibility for our global sourcing team as Head of Supply & Operations, joining the Senior Leadership Team shortly after.

    GM Retail – Sheridan

    I fell into retail — starting as a casual — and enjoyed working with different products and people. I worked in different roles, from buying to online training. My different positions have taken me all around Australia and overseas, meeting a lot of people and learning about their stories.

    Retail is constantly changing, I’m still learning new things every day. The challenge of achieving goals as a Team and helping develop Team Members to achieve their own goals is one of the best things about my role.

    I’ve always had a passion for creating and influencing product. In Sydney, I worked with Peri, and Sheridan. I led the Home Design & Development department of Country Road; consulted for a few years, found my way back to Sheridan. I now lead a passionate team of buyers, designers and quality experts.

    Head of Planning

    I’ve had a long career in retail, joining Hanes in 2021 as part of Bras N Things. Two years later, I moved across to Sheridan as Head of Planning. It’s great to be back in the homewares space – especially as I have previously worked at Adairs, Country Road and Myer.

    Senior Web Producer

    My main focus is ensuring that all products on both Sheridan and Sheridan Outlet are shoppable, to ensure a smooth and easy shopping experience for our consumers. I’m also so fortunate to work with all Sheridan departments on exciting projects, category launches and the creative Sheridan homepage. 

    The main reason I love working for Sheridan is the amazing, fun people I’m surrounded by daily.

    Graphic Designer Lead

    I joined Sheridan in 2014 as a mid-weight designer working on packaging and supporting the marketing team. Now nine years later, I’ve been given so many opportunities to develop and expand my skills in design and also leadership. 

    My favourite aspect is the collaborative nature of my role. I get to work with everyone in the business across a variety of projects, and no two days are the same.

    Divisional Accountant

    I’m responsible for keeping and interpreting financial records. I’m also responsible for a wide range of finance-related tasks for the budgeting and management of our finances.

    It’s an amazing company to work for, a great finance team to work with, has great office culture and lots of support from management.

    I work on the supply chain and enjoy this as we work collaboratively across different functions.

    Lean (Continuous Improvement) has been the biggest transformation for the business; my role with the tool is to call out the issue and problem-solve with other functions when projects are off track. It’s a mindset shift for the business and me.

    Merchandise Planning Manager

    My job is to work closely with several departments across the business to set targets by category and ensure we have the correct stock available to achieve them.

    I guide the planning team in solving problems, improving processes and making our stock as efficient as possible. To work for a company that looks after you to ensure you can do your best job possible is quite special.
