Congratulations! If you’ve applied for a retail-based role, you’ll most likely be attending an interview in-store. For all Support Centre roles, the relevant Hiring Manager and a member of our HR team look forward to meeting you in the relevant office. 

You’ll be asked a series of questions covering your employment history, and what you can bring to Sheridan. We also use behavioural interviewing questions — you may be asked for examples of how you’ve demonstrated competencies in your previous roles that relate to the position you’re interviewing for.

And we know that an interview is a two-way street — so you’ll also have an opportunity to ask as many questions as you like.
