I want to create a return but my order is not showing up in my account. What do I do?

If you are trying to create a return on a recent order but can't see it in your account, you may have completed the order as a guest.
Simply log out of your account by clicking on 'My Account' in the top right hand corner, and then click 'Sign Out'.
Once you have signed out, simply follow the link here to complete your return.

Why is my Birthday Voucher not in my account?

How long does it take for my Sheridan Rewards account to link to my store account

If you created your account at the register in store with one of the Sheridan team, you'll need to activate your online account on the Sheridan website. Ensure you do so with the same email address to avoid creating two separate profiles. You'll receive an email from us with this information.

If you signed up on our website or by scanning a QR code in store, your account will be available to use immediately in store and online.

What is my member QR code and where can I find it?

Your member QR code is found in the My Account section on the Sheridan website. When shopping in store, scan your membership code before payment to earn points.

Once scanned, your membership details will come up on the register for our team, and they can see if you have any available rewards to redeem.

I don't have a member QR code. Help!

That's ok! It sounds like you created your Sheridan Rewards account at the register in store and will need to activate your online account on the Sheridan website. Do I need to subscribe to emails to be a member?

You don't need to be subscribed to be a Sheridan Rewards member, however you do need a valid email address to join. Stay subscribed to emails when joining Sheridan Rewards to receive emails notifying you of your membership benefits, rewards, and to be notified on member-exclusive deals & events. Make sure sheridanrewards@hanes.com is marked as safe so it stays out of your spam folder!

Can I have a joint account with members of my family?

Sharing is caring, but in this case, only one email and mobile number can be used per account. Plus, think of the rewards your friends and family could be getting by being a member!

How do I consolidate or merge my accounts?

If you have multiple accounts using different email addresses and want to merge them into a single account, we can action that for you.

Please fill out this Change of Account Details Form here.

You need to provide the following information for each account you hold:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Contact phone number
  • Address / Postcode
  • Date of birth

We also need to know which is the current account you wish to maintain. For security reasons, if you are unable to provide this information for each account, or the information provided does not match the information we hold, we may not be able to merge your accounts. If that occurs you should cancel your old accounts and continue with your single current account.

Once your request has been completed, you will receive an email from us confirming that your details have been updated.
