I signed up in store but I can't access my account online.

One of the reasons for this could be that you currently have an in-store only Sheridan account which you signed up to in a Sheridan store. To link your current account with an online Sheridan Rewards account, simply sign up here with the same email address.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

If you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list, log in to the "My Account" section of the Sheridan website and update the details under "My Preferences".
Please keep in mind that once you unsubscribe from our mailing list, you will no longer benefit from receiving your Sheridan birthday voucher and other member exclusive deals.

How do I change my password?

Whilst logged in, navigate to 'My Account' then 'Account Information'. Under your details you will see an option to change your password.

I've requested to have my password reset, but I haven't received an email to change it yet?

If you have requested to change your password and are yet to receive a password reset email, you may not have an online account.
To validate this, try creating an account using your email address by following the link here.

I forgot to sign in when making a purchase, can I add my purchase to my account?

Unfortunately, no. Any purchases you made as a guest and whilst not logged in to your account will not be registered to your account.
Make sure you're signed into your account online and/or scan your QR code in store at the register before payment to earn rewards!

I want to create a return but my order is not showing up in my account. What do I do?

If you are trying to create a return on a recent order but can't see it in your account, you may have completed the order as a guest.
Simply log out of your account by clicking on 'My Account' in the top right hand corner, and then click 'Sign Out'.
Once you have signed out, simply follow the link here to complete your return.

Why is my Birthday Voucher not in my account?

If you do not receive your Birthday Voucher, please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat, email or you can call us on 1800 223 376 (between 9AM - 4PM AEDT Monday - Friday).

Sheridan Rewards is our way of recognising and rewarding you for being a Sheridan and Sheridan Outlet customer. The program is free to join and members get benefits like a welcome voucher, Spend & Save Voucher, anniversary voucher, free extended returns and free shipping within Australia on orders over $150.

How do I join Sheridan Rewards?

You can join Sheridan Rewards by creating an online account, or by signing up in a Sheridan or Sheridan Outlet store. Sign up online here or scan the QR code at any Sheridan or Sheridan Outlet store, or at the register with a Sheridan team member when in store.

Please note that if you sign up at the register in a Sheridan or Sheridan Outlet store through the Sheridan team and do not use the QR code, you will also have to register online to receive benefits across both platforms. You'll receive an email from us with this information. Ensure you do so with the same email address to avoid creating 2 separate profiles.

If you were previously a Sheridan Outlet VIP member, you will be remain a member of the refreshed Sheridan Rewards program.
