How do I become a Sheridan Rewards member?

You can become a member of the Sheridan Rewards Program by creating your free account click here.
Membership entitles you to complimentary delivery and returns when you're signed into sheridan.com.au (exclusions apply), as well as $10 off your next order when you also subscribe to our mailing list.
Be sure you tick the box to receive emails notifying you of new product launches, sale events and to obtain your membership vouchers and exclusive deals.

Is Sheridan Rewards free?

Yes. Sheridan Rewards is free to join. If you would like to register online, please click here

Is there a physical membership card?

No. All you need is an email address to sign up online or provide details instore. You can use your email address in stores to identify yourself and receive your membership discount. Alternatively, you can login to your account online and the discount will automatically be applied to your purchase on the cart page.

How do I know if I am a member of Sheridan Rewards?

If you are a member, the email address you used to sign up can be identified in store. When making a purchase on our website, you will be able to login with your email address that you used to sign up. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on ‘Forgot my Password’ and follow the prompts to retrieve or create a new password.

Can I sign up to Sheridan Rewards in store?

Yes, you can become a member by registering your details in store. Please note, registering in store is separate to registering online. In order to link your in store and online customer accounts, please ensure you use the same email when registering online.

Please note that holding a Sheridan account is different to that of Sheridan Outlet.
You will need to create a separate Sheridan Outlet account via the Sheridan Outlet website.

I have created an account in store. Why can't I access my account online?

Registering for an in store customer account is separate to that of an online customer account registration. In order to link your in store and online customer accounts, please ensure you use the same email when registering online.

What if I have a registered account with Sheridan Outlet?

Sheridan and Sheridan Outlet are managed separately. if you wish to join Sheridan Rewards, you will need to ensure you have a registered account.

I want to change my password. How do I do this?

Whilst logged in, navigate to ‘My Account' then ‘Account Information'. Under your details you will see an option to change your password.

I want my password reset, but I haven't received an email to change it yet.

If you have requested to change your password and are yet to receive a password reset email, you may not have an online account.
To validate this, try creating an account using your email address by following the link here.

I forgot to sign into my account before placing my order, help!

Unfortunately we cannot apply member discounts to an order once it has been placed.

I already receive Sheridan emails, does this mean I’m part of Sheridan Rewards?

Not necessarily. If you are currently receiving Sheridan emails, you will need to ensure that you have registered an account online to become a member of Sheridan Rewards. Make sure you update your details including your birthday so we can send you a special birthday reward!

Why should I provide my email address to join Sheridan Rewards?

All the benefits from Sheridan Rewards will be delivered to you via email, including rewards and exclusive offers.

What type of emails will I receive?

Other than transactional and delivery emails, you will receive emails from Sheridan Rewards featuring your exclusive member offers, personalised birthday gift vouchers and other member vouchers, recommendations, latest trends, new styles, new season product updates and current promotional offers from Sheridan.

What if I don’t want to receive emails anymore?

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ option at the bottom of any email from Sheridan Rewards. Alternatively, login to your online account and update your email preferences. You will still be a Rewards Member but will no longer receive birthday vouchers or notification of other member only deals.
Please note that if you unsubscribe from promotional emails, you will be unsubscribing from email marketing only. You will still be sent transactional emails.

What if my personal details change?

You can update your personal details at any time in store or online via the ‘account information’ tab in your online profile. Simply log in to your account here.
