When will I receive my vouchers?

Spend $250 on Sheridan or Sheridan Outlet product (not including returned items, gift cards, shipping costs and Sleepsafe donations) and you'll be rewarded with a $25 Sheridan Spend & Save voucher. You'll be notified by email and all rewards will be housed in your account.

What are Sheridan spend and save vouchers?

Spend & Save Voucher is the name of the reward voucher members receive after spending $250 on Sheridan or Sheridan Outlet product. Members will also receive a spend and save voucher as a gift for joining the program, on their program anniversary and for their birthday.

How do I redeem my voucher?

They are redeemable at Sheridan and Sheridan Outlet, in-store or online. When shopping online, all available rewards will appear at checkout. If redeeming in store, scan your member QR code and let our in-store team know at the register which voucher/s you'd like to use.

Can I use more than one voucher in an order?

Yes - there's no limit! You can spend as many Sheridan Rewards vouchers that you have in your account within one transaction.

Do my vouchers expire?

Sheridan Spend & Save vouchers expire 6 months from the date of issue.

I don't live in Australia. Can I still earn vouchers?

Sheridan Spend & Save vouchers cannot be earned or spent outside of Australia.

I signed up but haven't received my welcome voucher

Spend and Save vouchers are automatically added to your membership account, and will be accessible after around 15 minutes of receiving your Welcome email.

How close am I to my next voucher?

You can log in to your account on the Sheridan website where you can see how close you are to receiving your next voucher.

I didn't redeem the full amount on my Spend and Save voucher - what happens to the leftover Spend and Save amount?

Spend and Save vouchers can only be redeemed once. Any leftover amount not spent will be removed from your account, so make the most of them!

How do I check my points balance?

Your balance is shown at the top of every Sheridan email you receive. Or log into your account online at sheridan.com.au or sheridanoutlet.com.au — you'll find your points balance in the My Account section.

What happens to my points if I make a return?

Points earned on the original purchase will be deducted from your account. In some cases, you may go into negative points.

Can I go into negative points?

Yes, you can. For example: you hit 500 points, earn a $15 voucher and your balance drops to zero, then you return something. In this case, your balance will go into negative points.

I spent $100.90 but only received 200 points, not 202, why?

You receive 2 points for every whole dollar spent, so your spend balance will be rounded down to the closest dollar. For example - $100.90 = 200 points.

Will I earn points on donations towards SleepSafe?

Points are only earned on product purchases, not on donations or gift card buys.

Do I earn points when I redeem my $15 voucher?

No, your $15 voucher won't be converted into points when redeemed as it is not a form of tender. Vouchers are rewards, not a new spend.

How long until my Rest Rewards account works in store?

Signed up online or scanned a QR code? You’re good to go instantly — online and in store.

I signed up in store but can't log in online.

If a team member created your account at the register in store, you’ll need to activate it online via our websites, at sheridan.com.au and sheridanoutlet.com.au. Just make sure you use the same email address – otherwise, you’ll end up with two different accounts. If you signed up online or via scanning the QR code, your account will be available to use in store and online immediately.

I'm a Rest Rewards member but I'm not receiving any emails.

Log into My Account and check your Email Preferences. Make sure you’re subscribed – that’s how we send you rewards, benefits, and fun little surprises.

What is my member QR code and where can I find it?

Your member QR code can be found in the My Account section online. Scan it in store at the counter before payment to earn Rest Rewards points. Once scanned, our team can also see if you’ve got any vouchers to spend.
